The MM3D control system controls the operation of the entire device, including the power supply and control of the optical system components and the cooling system, as well as the control and indication of the alarm system.
The computer control system includes a computer and a digital Galvo card, which drives the optical system components to move according to the parameters set by the marking control software, emitting a pulsed laser to precisely engrave the desired content on the surface of the workpiece.
The control system is fully compatible with outputs from various software such as AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, and PHOTOSHOP. It can perform marking of barcodes, QR codes, graphics, and text, and supports file formats including PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, and AI.
It can directly use SHX and TTF font libraries, and can automatically encode, and print serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, etc. 3D model support includes the STL format.
The compact and small size design eliminates the need for a large water cooling system, requiring only standard air cooling.
The functions include extending the laser’s lifetime and protecting the laser’s safety.
When engraving metal objects, the laser can form diffuse reflections, some of which may be reflected back into the laser output, potentially damaging the laser and shortening its lifespan.
The backward reflection isolator can effectively block this portion of the laser, protecting the laser safely.
After installing the backward reflection isolator, customers can engrave any object within the engraving range without having to avoid the laser’s central position or avoid processing highly reflective metals.
