The red light indication system indicates the practical engraving position and path so as to accurately place the paper at the proper position. That's significant for accurate cutting and engraving.
For the galvo marking machine, we install the side ventilation system to exhaust the fumes. The strong suction from the exhaust fan can absorb and dispel the fume and dust, avoiding cutting error and improper edge burning. (Besides, to meet the better exhausting and come in a more safe working environment, MimoWork provides the fume extractor to clean the waste.)
- For Printed Paper
CCD Camera can recognize the printed pattern and direct the laser to cut along the pattern outline.
Besides the general configuration, MimoWork provides the enclosed design as the upgrade scheme for the galvo laser marker. Details to check out the Galvo Laser Marker 80.
Galvo lasers, also known as galvanometer laser systems, are commonly used for high-speed and precision laser cutting and engraving on a variety of materials, including paper. They are particularly well-suited for intricate and detailed designs on paper due to their rapid scanning and positioning capabilities to make invitation cards.
1. High-Speed Scanning:
Galvo lasers use rapidly moving mirrors (galvanometers) to direct the laser beam precisely and quickly across the surface of the material. This high-speed scanning allows for the efficient cutting of intricate patterns and fine details on paper. Normally, the Galvo laser can deliver tens of times faster production speed than a traditional flatbed laser cutting machine.
2. Precision:
Galvo lasers offer excellent precision and control, allowing you to create clean and intricate cuts on paper without causing excessive charring or burning. The majority of Galvo lasers use RF laser tubes, which deliver much smaller laser beams than the regular glass laser tubes.
3. Minimal Heat-Affected Zone:
The speed and precision of galvo laser systems result in a minimal heat-affected zone (HAZ) around the cut edges, which helps prevent paper from becoming discolored or distorted due to excessive heat.
4. Versatility:
Galvo lasers can be used for a wide range of paper applications, including cutting, kiss-cutting, engraving, and perforating. They are commonly used in industries such as packaging, printing, and stationery for creating custom designs, patterns, invitation cards, and prototypes.
5. Digital Control:
Galvo laser systems are often controlled by computer software, allowing for easy customization and automation of cutting patterns and designs.
When using a galvo laser to cut paper, it's important to optimize the laser settings, such as power, speed, and focus, to achieve the desired results. Additionally, testing and calibration may be necessary to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cuts, especially when working with different paper types and thicknesses.
Overall, galvo lasers are a versatile and efficient choice for cutting paper and are commonly used in various industries for a wide range of paper-based applications.
✔ Smooth and crisp cutting edge
✔ Flexible shape engraving in any directions
✔ Clean and intact surface with contactless processing
✔ High repetition due to digital control and auto-processing
Different from laser cutting, engraving, and marking on paper, kiss cutting adopts a part-cutting method to create dimensional effects and patterns like laser engraving. Cut the top cover, the color of the second layer will appear.
For the printed and patterned paper, accurate pattern cutting is necessary to achieve a premium visual effect. With the assist of the CCD Camera, Galvo Laser Marker can recognize and position the pattern and strictly cut along the contour.
