Tips
When selecting a laser cutting machine, fabric width is an important consideration. Standard fabric widths typically range from 56 to 106 inches.
To ensure cutting efficiency and precision, the machine’s working width should be larger than the fabric width, allowing for some extra space.
Based on the conversion standard that 1 inch is about 305 mm, you can easily choose the right machine. The number at the end of the machine multiplied by 10 is the width of the machine table’s width.
For example, a fabric width of 59 inches would require a machine with a name ending in a number larger than 160.
The number in the machine’s name usually indicates its working width, ensuring it is larger than the fabric width to provide adequate operational space.
It effectively removes rust, paint, oxides, and other contaminants from both metal and non-metal surfaces, offering a safer and more sustainable alternative for industrial and commercial applications.
Length
Since fabric length can be infinite, the working area length is crucial as it allows for handling long fabric lengths, ensuring continuous and efficient cutting.
Tips
You can use Conveyor Table and Laser Feeding System to work automatically. MimoWork’s conveyor table is constructed from stainless steel mesh, making it ideal for cutting thin and flexible materials such as film, fabric, and leather.
The conveyor system enables continuous laser cutting, significantly enhancing the efficiency of MimoWork laser systems.
Key features include preventing stretching of textiles, automatic edge control, and customizable sizes to accommodate large-format requirements and meet diverse needs.
